Who Are We?
We are experienced social workers and mental health practitioners with extensive experience in working with both children and families. We have experience in working with children with mental health needs and children with physical and learning disabilities. We work and support adults with dementia and physical needs.
Crest Care Solutions undertakes community work and provides assessments.
As a General Manager at Crestcaresolutions you will have full clinical and commercial control of the homes and will work to develop a coherent and effective team who provide the quality care our clients deserve. Reporting to the Directors, you will be responsible for maintaining and ensuring compliance in the homes as well as maintaining occupancy levels by setting out and implementing creative marketing strategies.
We are looking for an experienced Registered Manager (RM), with a passion for young people care or adults with difficulties. This role calls for excellent leadership, organisational and management skills to build strong foundations for our clients. We’re looking for care home, marketing and occupancy management experience, as well as a strong understanding of safeguarding, CQC and compliance guidelines. You should have the confidence to communicate with colleagues at all levels and create strong links within the local community.
